Very friendly
The staff was friendly, they tried to be helpful, but I asked them to check out a leaky tire and when I came to pick it up and check out, no one could verify if the tire had been checked or repaired or not. Left me feeling less than confident. They did at least remove the charge for the service they were not sure they provided . . . .

Oil Change review
I regret to inform you that I was unhappy and unimpressed with my last service at your business. I had been to your shop before to have a tire repaired and had a pleasant experience. As such, I decided to schedule an oil change for one of my other vehicles. Upon dropping of my vehicle at the scheduled time, I inquired about how long the service would take. I was told by the service manager about an hour. The total service took 1 hr and 45 min. During that lengthy time no technician or office personal communicated with me as to the nature of the delay. The car did not require any additional service. In addition to the lengthy appointment, the car was returned to me with the oil change light still on and not reset. In short, I found the experience to lack both a professional level of communication and thoroughness. As such, I will not be returning nor recommending Hogan and Sons to family and friends.Regards,Joe

Ben was great and actually listened to my needs and budget doing his best to make everything work. Vehicle rides great now but a lot more work to be done. Disappointed the spare tire that was on when I arrived didn't get put back where it belongs and just put back inside of the vehicle instead. Have to mention Troy from Leesburg store is still a great asset to the company. It was always pleasure doing business when he was in Purcellville and never make it to Leesburg.
