Oh my! The manager here, named Harry is a HUGE help, so is all the staff members. But I had a great service and everyone who helped where all very informative and helped fix the leaks in my engine, very well. Thank you so so so much guys!! My car is running smoother than ever! :)
The young lady that assisted me was very professional, courteous and friendly. She got me right in and filed the claim with my Road Hazard Insurance and I was out in less than an hour! She is a benefit to your business. Thank you.
Great job taking care of my Mazda. All worked extra hard to get finished when promised.
Called days in advance to schedule appt, but it did not get entered in computer. Left car for two days but because I was behind scheduled jobs they did not have time to complete all repairs. Sheared off a bolt when replacing belt tensioner = $900 repair...and now I have to leave it another two days to complete necessary repairs! Please train your staff how to schedule appointments and record repair requests!
Emissions and inspection done in a short time. Everyone was very friendly and courteous.

Over priced and took 2 hours longer than quoted even with an appointment. I was late for appointments and they never got to the "balance check." Slow service and poor management.
Dropped our car off at night for an oil change, state inspection & emissions. The car was ready by noon the next day. Super service!
I had my Jeep towed to Hogan and Son's after it overheated on route 7. I was very happy with the service Mike and Harry gave me. It turned out that the water pump had broken but the parts that were needed could not be attained that evening. However Harry made sure Enterprise came to pick me up so I would have a rental car and Mike came in early the next day to work on it and called me that morning to let me know it was finished. I am very happy with their work.
made appointment for 8am 8/16 wk B4 - took 3 hrs for car - location did not order parts specified and said training was also due to long wait
