I asked a friend to take my vehicle to have tires mounted. I had prepaid for them. When he got there he was told my vehicle needed an exorbanate amount of work. No, I just needed tires, it had been to a licensed shop within the last four weeks. Seriously, just because he wasn't the owner you did not need to try to badger him into something ridiculous.

Brought in wheel off my wife's car for a new tire due to side wall failure. Service person I talked to on phone was very helpful and courteous. When I brought the tire and wheel in the service counter person with dark hair was rude as if they didn't have time for 1 tire sale vs a car being brought in. Apparently the other counter person was who I talked to on the phone and again was friendly in telling the dark haired person where my work order was. Upon paying my bill, another customer brought in a single wheel and tire needing balancing, the dark haired customer service person was rude to him too. made me laugh,
