Oil Chg/Rotate Tires/Chk Light

Len was very downgrading towards me. He didn't have the time to listen to what I had to say, but he had the time to gossip with the workers. He was irritated with everything I had to say. If he would have listened I would have also had my wipers replaced. I'm worried about the work that was completed. I don't think my 2004Grand Prix needs synthetic oil. I've never put that in it before. In fact, I spoke to one of other the reps from Schierl Tire previously. He looked it up in the book and told me my car didn't need that type of oil. So, I'm confused as to why they put it in my car and if that type of oil will hurt the engine in some form. The service by Len and tech - VERY POOR - I like the other man who works the front desk much better. He doesn't treat women as if they are-lower than he is. He treats them as an equal and listens to their needs. The other techs are much more knowledgeable. I'm rating this location for the work that was performed on 4-22-2017. Had prob. w/Len in past.
