In a flash. Fast and friendly service, Very competent and knowledgeable staff. Reasonable prices. Had the work done on my car in no time. (Hint: If you make an appointment and keep it, the work is done much faster). I haven't had a problem with the car since it was repaired.
When I unexpectedly had a tire problem I called and talked with Len. He was very helpful. When I arrived, he explained the process and had someone give me a ride to work. He kept me informed of my options and the progress while I was working. All was as explained when I came to pick up my car later that day. Len is very professional and kind and I was very pleased with the service I received at Schierl tires.
Service was quick and everything was checked out.
I bought a battery on this day. Next day in the mail I receive a coupon for $10.00 off a battery. WHAT?? Told the service guy about it but he was like sorry nothing I can do about it. I do give you people a lot of business with 2 vehicles. I would expect I would have gotten better customer service. Come on... one day later???

Always good to know and feel your in great hands with Schierl. I brought my car in with tire issuesLeft knowing tires great, and oil changed, battery cleaned and running full power. Belts checked and replaced. I am safe on the road ! Makes for a more confident driver. Thank you ! ***************
On a short notice and no advance appointment I got in and had a new battery put in. Everything went well and I was on the road in less than two hours. Thanks for attention to detail.
I visited this store with my elderly father seeking new tires for his Honda Accord. Len's personality made my father and I feel right at home and he provided excellent customer service and professional advice before and after the sale. I know that I will be bringing my future business here!
