A good experience

My tire fell off the rim and got damaged so I needed 4 new tires right away on a Monday morning. They open earlier than most and were able to find me a decent set of tires for a reasonable price, and got them installed the same day. Overall a very good experience in a bad situation. Customer service was fast and friendly and the workmanship on the vehicle is what you expect to get.

Great & friendly service

We have been customers for over 20 years and always had great service. They are always on time for appointments and usually complete service sooner than promised. Staff is friendly and courteous.

2 new tires

I needed 2 new tires put on my vehicle before a trip, very last minute. I called, they got me in that very afternoon and I was able to pick my vehicle that same day.We've been use Matthews Tire for years. Very happy with them.

Great service

Mathews tire in Menasha offers great service. I go there for oil changes and tires.

Noise when turning

There was a loose nut under the car. It didn't need to be tightened but tossed. It was a walnut. Thanks Matthews!

Truck Service

Took my truck in for an oil change and tire rotation. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They did a great job. service was fast and they did a good job.

Honest, went above and beyond. I will continue to bring all my vehicles for repair.

Leaky tire

They said the tire was damaged and in the sidewall and would not repair it. They said we needed a new tire. I told them I wanted to consult with my husband BEFORE doing any work. Without my consent they went and put a new tire on and finished the vehicle. This is not what I wanted done. They did not listen to a thing I said. This is not the first issue I've had with this location but I guarantee you it will be the last. I'd give them Zero stars but its not an option.

Every5hing was great. Got exactly what I needed done and a few other things. I have gone to them in the past. They never disappoint.
