I recently went to Matthews for an oil change. I was a new customer but I will be going back! The service, pricing, and overall experience was great!

Not cool!

My wife had a 9:00 appointment for a bead leak and was there by 9. A lady came in at 9:15 without an appointment and 2 flat tires and was done 15 minutes before my wife. Without appointment and 2 flat tires 30 minutes, with appointment and 1 flat tire 60 minutes?? Not cool!

What? All 4 tires low?

Went to MT rather than dealer as tire lite on. They said all 4 were 2 lbs low, also checked sensors (?), Noticed headlite out. Damn, those are expensive. They fixed, I waited. All went fine. I tell everyone to get the nitrogen and avoid the low tires. I'm happy.

Great Service

Craig was able to get us in last minute, as our tire pressure was low. We are so thankful that they can get us in asap when needed! It really creates a peace of mind.

Good service

I needed new brakes and chose Matthews Tire. The location is great for me. The service was done just as it was described and in the time frame they promised. The cost was reasonable. And, the staff was friendly and kind.

I have been a customer at this location for years. I have always been treated with respect and my questions addressed in terms that I can understand. It has been hard to watch the amount of increases on labor especially are getting to be a hardship on my finances.You are not the most expensive but getting there. I have not tried to seek other shops as to prices,. but it continues to get harder each time I take my VIbe in for regular check ups, etc.Craig has been very good to work with and is considerate to me needs and concerns.

Very happy with the service I got. Did what they said they would in a timely manor.
