Matthews did a great job diagnosing the problem (I was quite sure I knew already) and gave quick feedback as to the estimated cost for each part of the service. The staff gave me other service recommendations and kept me informed as the service progressed. So far, no complaints. They did what they said that they would for the quoted price.
Thank you for prompt, professional service. We found ourselves needing service while in the Menasha area recently. Your service department was quick to check out our car and report to us what the issue might be. Because it could have been a major and expensive repair they gave us information on what it might take to repair it and were happy to let us explore options with others. We decided to allow them to make the repair and were extremely happy with the work they did.
My truck needed some scheduled maintenance (oil change, trans fluid, coolant change) and i called the week before to schedule an appointment. I explained the service i wanted and wanted to make sure i could get everything done on Monday at the appointment. My truck is and EcoDeisel and requires some special filters and fluids. I expressed this in making the call and was told to just bring it in on Monday and they would figure out what it needed. Long story short, they told me the would get it done at the end of the day, and in the afternoon i was told they needed to order some items to do the trans fluid and could do it at a later date. I am extremely busy with work this time of year, and took off of work to get all of this maintenance done in one day. Another day is simply not an option. I have been a customer for a couple of years, but will now be going back to the dealer.
Had Matthews do a Winter Tire/Wheel swap on my son's car. Including activating TPMS sensors. They did it conveniently over the lunch hour for a reasonable price. They even thought to mark the Summer tires for proper location reinstall in Spring. Very friendly service.
My wife and I have been coming here since we moved to the Fox Valley 7 years ago, and are always happy with the mechanical and customer service.
I was very impressed with Monica's knowledge and her pleasant attitude. Very accommodating. My Jeep was ready at the time I requested even though addition work was needed on the brakes. Communication was great with Jason throughout the process with the status, cost, and options. Very happy with the service I received. I will most likely be bringing my wife's car in next. Awesome job and I'm a happy customer who will be a repeat customer.

The team was able to fit my vehicle in even with a full schedule while I was on vacation and have it ready when I returned as no other repair center could get to it for over a week
