Good customer service. Oil change took 35 minutes. Got good information on tire wear, need for change. Engine light was on but no review or concern with that.

I went in "knowing" what was wrong due to the same issue on two other tires, which they fixed one in the past. It turned out to be a similar problem, less expensive. It wasn't with the tires themselves, but a pressure sensor valve. The problem has been fixed twice by Matthews, on different sensors, for less than my dealer fixed the first time. They are always polite, timely and professional. Highly recommend.

MY friend Todd told me about Matthew's years ago. As I work in Green Bay, and Matthew's isn't far from my job, I started bringing my vehicles to Matthews in November of 2015.This is my 3rd set of tires for our vehicles from Matthew's, and we couldn't be happier with the service. They're fast, friendly, and they explain everything right up front. It's true when people say that you get what you pay for - you pay for top shelf service, and they never disappoint!

Always happy with the service at Matthew's Tire. This time, I waited for longer than I hoped for. I waited 1 hour and 15 minutes before my oil change was done.
