It was going so well....
Courteous, friendly, efficient; unfortunately not quite forthright, and unwilling to correct their mistakes. I needed 2 tires, but informed the sales rep that I may be interested in 4 tires if there were "any deals" available. The rep shared that a 4 tire purchase included a $50 rebate, and provided me with a written "quote"/price breakdown for such. What he failed to tell me was that it was a "Mail-In Rebate" and not an "Instant rebate", Had I known it was "mail-in", I would NOT have made the 4 tire purchase, as I DO NOT DO MAIL IN REBATES! I learned of the "mail-in rebate" after the service was complete when I went to pay my invoice. Despite my presenting the quote, showing what I was told, they did nothing to fix the mistake. Disappointed in this aspect of my experience, but still think they are a decent choice. But, only 3 stars instead of 4 for now.
