Service

Scheduled oil change and tire rotation. After waiting 15" after scheduled appt. time, contacted service desk. Asked if I had incorrect appt. time, they stated it was correct time. He offered to find out what was holding up appt. He returned to tell me my vehicle was the next to be serviced. After alerting service desk, then my vehicle service was completed.

I have always been pleased with the service and attention that has been afforded to me on each of my visits. Especially grateful when items are brought to my attention as I obviously have no meaningful mechanical knowledge.

Seeing I made an appointment, I really didn't think I should be told it would be 50 minutes.

My last visit

I recently just went in for an oil change for my Pontiac g6 and I'm usually very happy with it but this time I was really upse knowing they tried telling me that my coil springs on my suspension were shot. They told me it was gonna be about 300 dollars to get it done. Well went home and took my car to a mechanic and they told me there is nothing wrong with my suspension. Mathews tire gave me false information and tried making me pay 300 dollars for nothing. Not very happy about that and they have also done this to a family member of mine!!! I hope they lose business! Never going back! Would really like a refund on my oil change !
