I would like to commend Matthews Tire on W. College Ave for their attention to detail and pointing out what "needed" to be fixed on my 2006 Suzuki XL-7 instead of what they "wanted" to fix. Since that is an older car manufactured outside of the US, it can be difficult to repair. Matthews Tire takes care of that car perfectly.

Unexpected cost

My oil change and tire rotation went well. I was quoted $69.95. I was charged $79.95. Extra $5.50 for shop supplies. Disappointed

Brake Pads and rotors replaced

Everything was absolutely awesome. Service was done in a very timely fashion and I was kept up to date with pricing along the way. I was expecting to need all four brake pads replaced but they were honest with me and told me I only needed the front pads replaced. Very trustworthy group of people.
