Everyone was helpful and friendly. I appreciate that they always check for anything else that may be wrong while I'm there.

New Battery

Needed a new battery because I had to get a jump start just to get to Matthews. They got me in immediately and installed a new battery. I then found there was a rebate if I used my Goodyear Credit Card and although I didn't have it with me they allowed me to bring it in the next day to pay to get the rebate. That's service over and beyond and I greatly appreciate their kindness.

first timer for oil change

they performed good customer service. however i would have like to have been told that my new vehicle would require synthetic oil and would cos twice the price than a normal oil change before completing the oil change

Brake repair

As always did an amazing job.

Treated promptly and courteously. Flat was fixed quickly and I was back on my way! Grateful for all of that. Those Flunker boys are all awesome. Thank you!!!

Tires

I purchased new tires to go with my new rims for my Firebird. Being that this is my summer car I didn't want to run it during the winter. Jason L. was great in helping me select the right tires and offering to hold them until the weather improved.
