New All Terrain Tires

I purchased 4 new Continental TerrainContact tires for a 2015 Ford F150. Excellent service and excellent tires. They transformed the winter handling. Fast appointment and in stock tires. Checked alignment and verified it was OK - didn't try to oversell an unnecessary alignment.I have purchased many sets of tires from Matthews over the past decade, and have always been fully satisfied.

Above and beyond

My daughters car had oil leaking, and we didnt know how much of an emergency it was. Dave basically dropped everything and took care of our problem. Its great to have mechanics that you can rely upon, and every Matthews Tire location I go to seems to have that. They do an awesome job

Oil change and tire rotation

I was very impressed by the lady who checked me in and then reviewed what they did...she was very personable and informative!! I did find it weird that when I got back into my car ..the radio was tuned to a station that I had never heard of ...a country station....never had one of the mechanics turn on a radio station that wasnt even on my auto tune...not a huge deal...just strange..and the radio was pretty loud when I got in the vehicle

Great Customer Service

Came in with a brand new tire from the dealership that was badly going flat. They found a puncture in a spot that would not allow a patch, said they didn't have that tire in stock that day. I asked them to put the spare on, but the new car didn't have a spare, so I told them to put the old tire back on. They suggested that they could put on an old tire they had that was the right size and then didn't charge me for anything. Needless to say, I went there the next day to get a new tire.

Perfect storm

It was the perfect storm of my headlight going out in bad weather, and then random indicator lights going on in the dashboard. Matthews Tire was able to get me an appointment at my earliest convenience, AND also do a planned tire acquisition the same day. I had thought I would need a second appointment to accomplish that. It didn't take nearly as long as I thought it would. The service here, as always, is spectacular!
