Greeted with a smile means a lot to a customer. While waiting I overheard conversations of other customers - all gave me the impression that they felt they were more than just customers. Keep up the good work.

Thanks for getting me in on short notice. I was a little shocked by the $40 charge to just spend a few minutes making a diagnoses. Seems pretty high! I know that it is applied to future work, but the car is very old and I may not be able to justify the work being done.
