I brought my 04 Buick Rainier in for surface of several items. It was revealed that I needed a lot of work on the vehicle which I ok'd but then, before they started the work they were looking at my tires as part of the service and found a crack in the frame that made the vehicle no longer trustworthy or safe to operate and informed me of this before I spend a lot of money on the vehicle. They also saved me the trouble of being stranded on the road or worse. Thanks for their diligence to their work.
I had an appointment scheduled for 11/6 to have my snow tires put on But couldnt wait because the tires are so bad in that little snow we had. I called Wednesday night and they were able to fit me into their schedule on Thursday. So grateful that they did that love coming there. To Dave and his team thank you!!
I started going to Matthews last year after I took a spike to a tire and had to buy a new one. That first time and every time since has been a good experience. The people there are so professional, courteous and helpful, which is a big reason I return to any type of establishmentgood service. Prices are reasonable too! Overall a great place for me and my car.

Once again, the staff at Matthews Tire rocked customer service. I took my car in for winter tires and got a ride to and from the airport. Thanks for the excellent car service and for taking care of us as customers!
