Awesome job! Got me in right away and despite a completely full lot of cars, they had the tire install and alignment completed by the quoted time. As well, the alignment was SPOT. ON. Ive never had that before, always had to go back for a readjustment. Travis was the tech on this and he did an outstanding job. Balancing of the tires seems proper as well. Thank you so much for the excellent service, I look forward to using your services whenever I may need them in the future.

When I went to start my car after the work was done, it didn't start. I went back in to inform the person at the desk. He went out to the shop, returned stating the mechanic had difficulty starting my car earlier and someone would jump start my car. Nobody called me about my battery needing replacing or mechanic having an issue with it. I had not had an issue with the battery prior to that or that morning when I dropped it. off. My car now sits in my garage with a dead battery. No one apologized for the situation or offered to replace it on the spot. I am very unhappy with the situation. I probably will not recommend Matthews or go there again my self.
Always Excellent Fast Friendly Service!
Overall a great job, timely turnaround with very good communication throughout the day. One suggestion- When the job is completed, return the light switch to "automatic". I dont think about that and i was driving home that night it was dark enough that i soon realized my light control had been turned off and i needed to get it back to automatic.
