Oil Change

I brought my explorer in for an oil change and as usual was greeted in a welcoming manner. I have brought my explorer in for many different issues and have had wonderful service every time. I would not trust any other shop with my vehicle.

Oil change and squeak

I asked for a quote on whatever was squeeking and they came back with a list of very costly things I should get fixed. My car seemed to be running fine minus an occasional squeak. I feel like they up sale a lot and the coupons they offer online only give you a tiny discount if any.

duped by salesman at Lambs

I was in for a regular oil change. The salesman told me the battery checked weak and I needed a new one. I asked how much. He gave me a price and said it included anticorrosion. It turned out the anticorrosion was a separate extra that I could have rejected. I asked about warranty and he said 5 years and 3 year replacement. After the battery was installed I asked where the warranty would be honored and he said Lambs. This truck is used more out of town than in Austin. Mr Bennett tricked me on the anticorrosion and fooled me on the warranty. I am 84 years, hearing impaired. I can be easily duped. It is despicable that your stores would take advantage of people. Check my record. I have bought $1000 worth of Goodyear tires and have bought oil changes at Lambs for years. But no more. Your people are not to be trusted.

I felt like they kept my car too long and charged me too much. I had the decline some of the repairs due to the high cost I will not be returning
