First, it's not a Honda Truck it's a mini van. Just another example of how this experience left me feeling. Like all the dots were not being connected by Tommy. From not ordering tires for the correct automobile to not informing me that the ones he scrambled to put on when I arrived were not the same make as those I thought I was getting. Yes, I should have checked the estimate he put before me better and that's on me for assuming. However, when I called back after tires were put on to say that I had just noticed the brand he put on, instead of admitting that he did not tell me the actual brand he insisted that he did. Never tell a customer you are right and they are wrong, which is exactly what he did by being so relentless in his attitude that he was correct and I was not. After asking what I should do if I did not want to keep these tires he offered up...."call me" This was the 4th set of tires I purchased at that location and the last.
