We have used Lambs for our oil changes and inspections for several years and have always been happy with their service. The staff is professional and knowledgeable and the service is fast. I recommend Lamb's.
I took my car in for a oil change and to recharge my AC. I was given an explanation how my compressor, condenser, etc. all had to be replaced with a full AC Kit. I was not able to afford the near $1,400.00 cost for the AC repairs. I also asked to have the maintenance engine light be reset due to the oil change. I again asked when leaving if they had reset it, and in fact they never did. In addition I was provided a list of other items recommending to be repaired like a new timing belt, a new radiator and all of the hoses etc. I was never asked about any history on the car. If they had they would have learned that a car backed into my front corner panel 7 months ago, and my radiator and all of the hoses had to be replaced brand new. Yet I was being quoted to replace that. I researched and found multiple fuses related to the AC and the compressor clutch fuse was black. I replaced it with one of a box that cost me $5.40. My AC is now blowing freezing cold air. This is Unacceptable
Way over charge for the rotors $70 each X 4 $280 the auto part store they got them from (same part number was $35.99 each I can see a mark up, But by 100% same for the pads.

The staff was very professional. We have three vehicles and have used Lamb's several times with good outcomes.
Second visit my nephew sold discount cards for his school to lambs. we bought 2 and my first visit was an oil change. great service, went again with nail in tire.
I called first thing in the morning to see about replacing a couple of tires. They had exactly my factory tire, didn't try to upsell me and even recommended just one tire. So much integrity!
Your computer couldn't connect to my car's onboard computer, so the inspection could not be performed. I was very surprised I still had to pay for the vehicle inspection, given the inspection could not be performed. I will not go back to Lamb's, nor would I ever recommend Lamb's to a friend.
