I'm been bringing our VW's here for years. It's never fun to spend money on maintaining a vehicle, but Jim Cooper's is up front and honest with their recommendations and pricing. We will continue to support this local business in Eagan.
My experience at Jim Cooper's Goodyear couldn't have been any better. The office staff was very friendly and receptive and the work I had done was completed in a timely manner and done correctly. I would undoubtedly come back.
Work was done in a timely fashion and done correctly. Vehicle undercarriage was inspected while on the hoist.
One of my tires experienced a belt edge separation, took it into Jim Cooper's and they saw that it was a warranty issue and took care of it in the same visit!
I first went to Jim Cooper's for tires, but it is in my neighborhood and so convenient for other services such as oil changes. Went in for that Friday. They got me in when I wanted, courteous service and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. Much appreciated!

When the Jim Cooper's on Duckwood was replaced, we were very concerned we would never again find such thorough and trustworthy service for all 3 of our cars. We are so happy that the Jim Cooper's on Diffley is still around to give us peace of mind. My routine service was done in 30 minutes. We never get high pressure add on sales tactics and I trust these guys completely!! Great place to take your cars.

Good friendly environment and prompt service
I came in late in the day without an apmt with a dead battery.Before closing the mechanics left for the day they fixed my car and got me safely on my way.THANKS !!
