I generally trust their opinion on necessary repairs and feel they are trustworthy. They do a good job. I like the Goodyear financing card that helps me spread out the payments interest free for 6 months.
We've used Jim Cooper's Tire and Auto for many years. Friendly staff.Always felt like they were fair, didn't do more than you asked and didn't try to upsell like many dealers.

I live close by so I love that I can drop off my vehicle after hours and pick it up next day when convenient instead of having to wait around. Communication is great and the ability to get in next day is fairly consistent. I didn't price compare my wheel bearing replacement but it seemed average for what was being done.
