I'm always satisfied with the service I receive at Jim Cooper's south Eagan location.

I brought my car in for an oil check and for some advice on scheduled maintenance. The waiting room and clean and roomy, the service great and the personnel friendly and helpful. i was giving all the help I needed to make maintenance decisions. I see James coopers as my service team. I am happy I have returned to Eagan and have an auto shop I can trust.

2009 Ford Fusion clutch issue

After clutch repair (& new front brakes) my gas mileage has improved significantly - thank you! Something seems like it has to do with the front brakes is sticking when I start the car and move it out of park so will call to touch base for any advice .

I was VERY pleased to get an appt. the day after I called! They were very polite,and completed the job in a reasonable amount of time.They also told me that my air filter was pretty dirty, and offered to replace it for a small additional charge...which I ok'd, they did it, and I left there very happy!
