Flat tire

I have a few issues with my service:1. Wrong receipt was given to me. I will have to go again to get the correct receipt.2. I was told that I will get tire rotation and the tires were not rotated. why?3. Tires were not calibrated. The new tire has 38 psi and the rest of the tires have 29 psi....4. I got 3 different explanations for the hazard insurance and coverage.5. I had to drive my car out of the shop. The technicians didn't even bother to put my car in the parking lot. I bought the hazard insurance but I will try to return it. I didn't like the service I was provided. Based on this experience, I don't know if I would like to do business again with Hogan and sons.

Hogan & Sons did a great job on my oil change for my 2013 Honda Accord. They also performed standard checks which let me know that my battery needs to be replaced as well as air filter. Thank you for the heads up. Great job.

All I needed was an inspection sticker. The other place right down the road had an hour and a half wait. This place got my car in right away. They carry good quality tires and they have super helpful & friendly service. They will be my first stop for automotive needs.

Damage from Attempted Entry in

On Saturday, April 30 I dropped off my car for an oil change at your South Riding location. I was notified in the afternoon that the service had been completed and my car was ready to be picked up. I paid, left the store and went over to the lot next door where they were having a pet adoption fair. My partner and I were there for approximately 15 minutes and came back to the Goodyear lot to retrieve my car. When we arrived there were four Goodyear employees standing outside my Toyota 4Runner and one of them had a screwdriver and unopened "slim jim" in the door frame attempting to pry open my driver's side door. When questioned they said one of your employees had left another customer's keys in my car and they were trying to get in to get her keys. I asked why they did not contact us and the "bay manager" said that he had contacted us and left us a message. We checked the phone. There was one missed call but there was no message left.
