Good customer service

I have been going to this location since it opened. On my most recent trip, received excellent customer service from the crew. I was worried about getting my ATF changed, and fully expected they would recommend it. To my surprise, Lonny called after the tech took a look and advised the fluid was good for now. He could have easily sold me it, but was honest. That goes a long way in my book. Lonny also took 15 mins to talk about other wearing items on my car without giving a hard sell. I appreciate that, and will be back!

We always get professional, timely service at Hogan and Sons for a fair price. The mechanics are patient, explaining every repair. Hogan and Sons are always our first choice, and we drive far beyond our neighborhood to access their service.

New Tires

Service was outstanding. I was getting ready to leave for our family spring break trip when I noticed a cut in one of my tires. I drove to hogan and sons and discussed my issue with the service manager. His name slips my memory but he understood my dilemma absolutely took care of me immediately. Our planned family vacation went on thanks to him. He personally will be the reason I will continue to bring all of my vehicles to hogan and sons for future service needs.

Key Fob Battery

I phoned ahead to inquire if you had batteries and was very happy to have it replaced for me. Yes, it can be DIY but I was glad to have it done for me. The rate charged for this was fair.

90 K Maintenance Service

Came in the South Riding location to have an oil change, tire rotation and to have my car looked over as I had just turned over 90 K miles. Suggested tune-up and some fluid flushes were due upon inspection and were explained to me for my approval before work was performed. This work was completed that day and was ready for me to pick up that afternoon. Pleasant and professional service and experience. Would certainly recommend this service shop to anyone who needs care for their car.
