This is one of the most honest service centers I have ever visited.
I came into the shop on Saturday morning. I usually go to VT&A across the street, but they were busy because of a promo and I wanted to have a grinding noise coming from the back right looked at. Two employees drove the car and listened to it and looked it over and said it must be tire noise, since they had 50K on them. I agreed to get the tires replaced for $900 Tuesday, but the noise didn't go away at all. I brought it in later in the day that I had the tires done and they looked it over and found that the wheel bearing (I think) was bad on the back right tire. This will run me another $350, and I'm only getting one side done. I may end up selling the car in a few months, so the $900 I put into the tires may be a near total loss for me. I was suspicious of the initial "tire" diagnosis for the noise; it didn't sound like tire noise to me, but I trusted the expert at your shop when he said that's what it sounded like.Apart from the misdiagnosis, the crew was courteous.
