Excellent Service
I had my car washed and was in the waiting area when an attendant motioned for me. He took me to the rear passenger side and showed me where I had a large screw in my tire. I thanked him and when my car was ready I went to Hoagan & Sons in hopes of getting it plugged. They came out and looked at the tire and said they were unable to patch the tire due to the location of the screw. At this point I am not happy. After checking on a direrect replacement none were in stock. I asked about the cheapest tire, for a quick fix, and was not happy with the cost. I stepped outside to think about it and came back in and that is when Mr. Morris (Andrew) stepped in. He had asked if I needed to stay with the original brand because he had others that were just as good or better (More mileage). He showed me the Assurance Comfortred Touring, told me my cost for 4, and I said sold. I am very happy with the tires. The car feels great, smooth quiet ride, and I am happy! Thank you!
Jonathan made my visit for repair painless and very affordable!! They are the best in the area! We will ALWAYS use them and tell everyone to do the same!!
