We normally have a great experience with brian. This last time he was not there and it showed. After spending over 3,000 in services they couldn't even put air in my low tire. I guess I could have asked and they could have gotten more money out of me. Normally brian would have had me pull up my coupons and helped out. Not this time..this business for every penny it could put it me and did the bare minimum. I can get that kind of service anywhere.
The guys at south riding Hogan and sons have been taking care of me for 8 years now. I have all four of my cars serviced there and they are always honest about repairs.
I appreciate the thoroughness of Hogan and Sons review of my car's problems. I also appreciate how they worked with me so I could afford the payment. I had shuttle service to my home when I left the car and a pickup from my home to get my vehicle when it was fixed.
Not bad!I was there with no appointment and got an oil change. Wait was under an hour which was ok for late morning. Everything was ok.
I have a very long history with you and was very disappointed with how I was treated this time. I came in for an oil change and was given a laundry list (a total of $1500) of things that had to be done. When I questioned several of the things on the list I was given explanations that made no sense (felt like I was getting the dumb woman treatment). Luckily Dolf was there and he took care of me, having worked on my car many times before. Thank goodness, from now on I will only go through him.
The folks at Hogan and Sons in Aldie, VA are true professionals. They always provide a thorough assessment of the condition of one's car, and their assessments can be trusted. I highly recommend this shop.
