Oil Change & Rotation

I was pleased with the thouroughness of the inspection which found 2 items I knew already existed. Price was fair and technicians were pleasant and polite.

update to my previous posting

I received an updated phone call from Hogan & Sons. Apparently one employee entered a job code for my ball joint replacement and a second employee entered a second different code. The original code was not deleted, and so when I was given the estimate, included the cumulative costs rather than the single one. The garage called to apologize for not catching the error in codes and corresponding estimate.

Final bill over verbal estimate by over $100. Second time was told to use Goodyear Credit card vs other credit card to receive $25 VISA rebate, but denied when submitted into Goodyear rebate web site due to restrictions on use. Counter personal should fully understand rebate program and limitations since they are representatives of Goodyear.

Honesty

I took my newly purchased Camry in for an oil change and tire rotation, if necessary. I was informed that the tires were fine as is, didn't need rotated. We aren't talking about a lot of money but that told me that H&S is looking for my long term business and not a quick buck.

Tire Repair

We went in for a tire repair but found out that all our tires needed to be replaced. The gentlemen that work there were very nice and helpful with our issues and we ended the day with 4 new tires.

Top Notch

Great service! Whether it be face to face, or vehicle focus. Here's the rub; it's really hard to trust any garage, in fact I don't ever remember a time when I did. The key is to evaluate their management and right now, Hogan and Sons in South Riding has the best management. Their service manager Dolf Arteaga always comes through for me, even through those odd ball times we have all experienced, not all shops can be perfect, but trust me, if you find those imperfections, he will fix it...with gusto! So take a moment before your review this shop, if you're thinking about rating for anything less than 5, call Dolf, allow them to provide the top notch service they can be known for.

I had my pathfinder at the dealership! Had a nail in my tire and they priced me what you would price for 4. They also said my alignment was fine when I knew my car was pulling to the right. Hogans and son not only showed me the nail but gave me a great price on two new tires. Car drives better now than when I bought it from dealership in Oct. Thank you!
