Excellent Customer Service

Ive been going to this Hogan and Sons since they opened in South Riding, however, this is the best visit Ive had to date. Andrew, Jonathan and one gentleman who did not give me his name, were all professional and polite. I believe this crew of gentleman is the best staff they have had since they opened. Oh yes, the job they did installing my tires and aligning the car was also top notch.

Got it right the first time

We had a great first experience with Hogan & Sons. I received excellent advice selecting new tires for my van. They did a fantastic job installing them and aligning my car. They also inspected it and found that I was in serious need of new brake pads, which they also replaced. I highly recommend them.

Great Service!

Every aspect of my service was outstanding. Staff were very courteous and responsive to my needs. I was especially pleased with the prompt service and quality of work. Everything was completed as requested and I love the new BFG All Terrain KO2s on my 2014 Tacoma! I'll be returning to the South Riding Hogan & Sons again in the future!

Ibreceived excellent service at a fair price. Great communication regarding scheduling. Work done to complete satisfaction. Waiting area has coffee, tv and bathroom. Mcdonalds and Chick fila wothin 4 minute walk.

I needed a patch for a nail in my 6 month old CRV tire. I wa able to wait in the shop since the repair was shorr. It was affordavle and very comfortable wait.

Dishonest and slow service.They charged me for parts they did not replace, and told me it was the law to replace those parts.
