In this day and time there is too much competition. This shop doesn't give you the best deal they can off the bat, you have to haggle or take time out of your day to produce a lower quote. For instance in my case another quote I received was $900 less for the exact same work. The mechanics here are well trainer, the management is not.
Only problem I encountered was that the customer service rep on Friday evening 3/11 was a bit rude to me when I dropped off the car. Other than that, I had no issues.
Service was prompt and friendly.

Efficient and polite.
Brake line repaired, Line not tighten down causing me to lose my brakes almost causing me to have accident!

I took my car in for a VA inspection and it failed for a foglight bulb. As I was leaving I was told when I brought it back for reinspection they would take it in next according to the VA rules. I replaced the bulb and took it in Saturday and was told it would be Monday before they could look at it. When I reminded the cust. svc. person of what I had been told they told me that's not how it worked, but I could check back late in the day and see how long the line was. I won't be back. I'll take it somewhere else to be inspected and pay the 16 bucks all over again.
Was able to schedule online and they called to confirm. Wait wasn't bad considering inspections are first come first serve. Staff remained pleasant and respectful regardless of a busy day with a lot of demands. Will definitely be back with all of our vehicles.
