Great people!
Came in for an oil change and they went above and beyond to help me out. No high pressure sales for unnecessary service. Kept me laughing and not minding the time while waiting. Went the mile to make it easy and reasonably priced. Definitely a winner!

When I returned home, I noticed my leather seat and the driver's lower door panel (possible foot marks to open the door) had oil marks and not just a few. I quickly cleaned them.

High Pressure Sales!
Ultimately, my wife came away with only the services she was intending on getting taken care of on this visit because I had drilled into her head that this was all her car needed. I have been working on cars for 30 years and know full well what it "needed" and didn't "need". Her experience was one I had hoped would be different with Hogan and Sons, having never before used their services, but it was not. She went in with a coupon offering good pricing for an oil change and tire rotation (under $50) but got pressure to get unnecessary work done totaling well over $600.00. When I later reviewed the proposed worksheet of things Hogan offered to do, the labor charges were strictly a gouge routine and a guaranteed method for them to get $ where their coupons lose it for them. Good grief! Not thank you Hogan and Sons. Oil change and Tire Rotation on the coupon and nothing else from me.
