The staff explained everything well and offered me a good value for my money. They were able to install 4 brand new tires, balance & align them, and change the oil in just a few hours w/ no prior appointment.
Alex was tremendous! I pulled in 2 hours prior to close without appointment and they had me out at 7 with 4 great tires! I should also note the technology system they used was blazing fast. I should find out who their it person is!
As always, the men at Hogan's treated me very well. They accepted my Jeep when I told them it was being towed in, They did a diagnostic as soon as it arrived, and promptly notified me of the problem. It was a warranty item through Chrysler, so they gave me the recall number and made sure the vehicle was taken the same day to a dealer for repair.
Wait time to get 1 new tire was to long, I was told 45?mins, however ended up being double the time. Everything else, customer service at counter was friendly.
I needed an Emissions test, but needed my car for work. To my pleasure, Hogan & Sons offers shuttle service to your job. This was the major selling point for me. All staff that I encountered were kind and helpful. They also provided a free courtesy check to let me know about any issues that may arise on my vehicle.
