Swap of summer/winter wheels

The winter tires were not mounted correctly as evident by the tire pressure differing between the front and rear wheels. One side was installed correctly and the other side had the front/rears swapped.

Troy Stephens and his crew took great care of my van.New tires and state inspection plus a few small items discovered during courtesy inspection.Thank you again.

Happy with the service but need to contact you about a coupon my son forget to give you when he picked up his car.

Inconsistent service

Came in for inspection and front diff oil change for my truck. After looking at the truck it appears the work was not completed.

I had a coupon for 19.99 and the Gentleman told me my total was 34.??. After going back and forth for what seems like forever the price came down. What a rip-off and false advertisement. I will never go back there again!!!!

The service as always is awesome. The personnel are professional, knowledgeable and show that they care each time that I am there.I am moving out of state soon, but will miss the guys at that location.

State Inspection

I just dropped in(Friday at 2:00) after noticing my inspection was due, and as usual I was taken on the spot. I sat and had a cup of coffee and before I knew it my vehicle had been fixed and passed inspection. I so appreciate the great service I alway receive from Troy and Jim. Thank you

You forgot to use my coupons

I brought in coupons several times but you forgot to use them. Don't print them and mail them if I bring them in and then you forget to apply them to my bill
