A problem with my son's 98 auto came up on the afternoon I was to travel. Staff/Mgmt went full force to accommodate Pat and me, even picking Pat up in Leesburg while I was packing for my trip in Paeonian springs. Thank .for accommodating me so kindly and efficiently Mrs. Sheehan.
Was pleasant, but much too long a wait, over 3 1/2 hours and I had an appointment. Leesburg. The customer service guys and manager were great. I do have to say, I have never paid that much for an oil change. I was quite surprised at the charge of $72.00 for a synthetic oil change. Most I have EVER paid was $50.00.
Way to much cost to tell me if the car looked good or not. Won't be asking for that service again!!
Had an appointment for a one hour service which was an oil change and tire balance and rotation. Kept for two hours when I needed to get to a doctor's appointment.
Little personal attention due to how busy it was - but I understand. I did not decline the Courtesy Check, but somehow that was indicated on my ticket.
I am satisfied with the work Hogan & Sons Inc. did recently to my car. It was an expense of a own-going problem that got corrected. I hope to get many more miles out of my Toyota Camry. I don't like giving a top star rate but this time I will. Sometimes a top rate will come back to not be a top rate. I feel that the service I got is fair and appreciated and the continued problem which had tried to be corrected is now in good standing. Thank You, Hogan & Son's.
Hogan & Sons did an oil change on my older car in 45 minutes while I took a pleasant walk around town. Both service technicians and desk personnel were pleasant and efficient. I am very pleased with the service.
As always the staff was great and even though I was 15min late for my 10a appointment (which they scheduled for me at 3p the day before) the quickly took my car in, diagnosed it while I waited and did the repair in less time than they quoted. They did great work as always, problem solved and of course the atmosphere and friendliness of the staff makes them THE place to take your vehicle!!
I am a regular customer, have been for about 8-10 years. Nothing had ever happened like on this day. Troy went out of his way to help me fix my car, I can't explain how much I appreciate! I've had bad luck with my car recently, got into an accident, 2 weeks later my wheel flies off my car while driving 60/mph, and so much more! But Troy has always made me feel better on days I just feel horrible! As a regular, I have developed a great relationship with the crew at the Leesburg shop, not only as a client but feels like family! I appreciate everything they do in order for my family and I to be safe while in the road! Thanks so much for everything!
