we dropped in after calling earlier in the day and they were able to get our new tires from a local Goodyear store within a few hours and get them on our car and ready for pick up later that afternoon. Very reasonable price too (Black Friday).

I've been taking my car to Hogan & Sons for two years. They do a good job and are always nice and friendly. If the work will take awhile, they drive me home and pick me up when it's done.

Service REview

Astonished at the incompetence! While my Avalon was there they claimed the trunk motor stopped working, wanted to charge $350 to replace the trunk motor. I later reset the button inside the glove box, trunk works just fine again. They claimed my third brake light needed replacement at a cost of $668; I tapped on the housing light back on, works fine now. They replaced right front sensor for my TPMS claiming this would fix the issue; later told me I now also needed a $150 monitor replaced in order to reset the light, this should have been diagnosed with the original issue. I am appalled that a garage with so many "experienced" techs could not figure out the trunk button and check the light for loose connection. Also disappointed they could not diagnose the TPMS issue correctly, the reason I went to Hogan and Sons in the first place! I typically do not complete surveys or else I provide bland comments. Someone needs to know how badly they screwed up here. Will not be going back.

Too expensive, too busy, always added cost to the advertisement and coupons, always find things to be fixed and usually for a lot, around $700 for fuel system cleaning, figure yourself,ok job, no different than competitors, ok customer service. One other thing to mention, they opened the door for alignment at $140, when I object they offered to "hook me up" for $99 where as the other they when I called they said $90. Seems to be very revenue oriented. The amounts they charge, I better go to the dealeeship.

Tire purchase

I made an easy appointment. I arrived early and was taken in 15 minutes early than my appointment. Service was fast and excellent as usual. The price was fair and exactly as quotedThe manager Mr. Troy Stephens is a compliment to your organization and great to do business with.
