I took my Jeep into Hogan's for its usual service in early February and described some issues I had been having with the vehicle. Whenever I bring in my car for a tuneup, they do a great job fixing everything and make sure I am well-informed on any repairs they make. Everyone there is extremely polite and make sure you are well taken care of. Everything is done quickly and they keep you updated on the status of your vehicle. I love Hogans and I wouldn't take my Jeep anywhere else!
Great service. Very genuine greeting and help. Got me out in less time than anticipated, and I didn't even have an appointment. Exceptional experience.

I had my car towed to Hogan & Sons. They were fast and courteous. I was hopeful they would be able to plug my flat tire and not have to purchase 4 tires altogether. I felt they were honest and able to repair my tire with minimal cost. Thank you for being fast and honest. I will definitely return and recommend them to friends and family.
As always quickly served & given good information as to what my car could use for repairs. No pressure, just suggestions as to what I might want to consider taking care of as the car ages.
Had work done from this place and was not happy about the "over charges". I had them check out the truck - they found that it needed trans cooler lines. They did work - but I was never told about their charge to actually check is a full charge ($124.00)... even if I get the work done from them. Ok so that was not good - but I had already told them to do work. Well the average price for a trans cooler line for my truck is $85 - $90. Even from the dealer the price is $115 for one and $124 for the other. They charged me $172 for one and $173 for the other. $106.00 over the price of the most expensive price I could find. Then to make things worst - the mechanic did not put paper on the floor boards and now I have drivers side matt with greasy shoe marks, I went back and they said they would give me $150.00 store credit. In my mind - NOT WORTH GOING BACK. I told them to keep the $150.00... obviously they need it more than I do.
Folks were great in getting me checked in. Discussing any issues. Work was conducted extremely fast and well.
The staff are all friendly, knowledgeable & don't seem interested in over-selling for services that you don't need. They make suggestions, but don't pressure you or make you feel dumb either! (As a woman, that is sometimes hard to come by when dealing with car repairs & maintenance shops. I was most appreciative of that!)
