Once again, I received great service from this organization. Informed me of what repairs were needed, took the time to contact my warranty company and gave me a ride to my residence! Turn around time was fantastic, didn't interfere with my normal routine. Truly grateful for their service on our vehicles!

Years back I had some significant work done at this shop which ended up costing significantly more that originally estimated. Since then I've only used this location to do oil changes and inspections. This last inspection the rear engine mount was identified as needing to be replaced. I thought I would try this shop again. The estimate was for just over $300. After beginning the work I was notified that something had occurred which would change the cost from just over $300 to now over $600. At that point the car was in a position where I had no other choice to complete the work. The cost was reduced by $100. I understand that things happen but they always seem to happen here. I won't be using this location for significant work in the future.

Troy was great... although there was some communication error. Make sure to double-check the work order. I dropped off my vehicle at 11am and requested that they have the order completed to "close of business", expecting it to be completed sooner rather than later. They had a courtesy shuttle and I declined it when I dropped off the vehicle in the morning because it was a nice day and I would enjoy a 20 min walk home. Well, the vehicle was ready at 5:30pm and it was now drizzling. I requested a shuttle, and they said they'd get back to me: they never did. I had to walk in the drizzle for 20 min to pick up my car and my expected alignment readings. The car was there, the readings were not. Oh well... Communication issues. I won't be leaving my car there ever again.Also, it turns out that my Goodyear tires are made in Turkey, and they have poor wet weather traction; but it could have been the mold release compound. Regardless, for the price difference, I'll stick with Michelin.
They did a thorough review of my vehicle and explained the work that needed to be done. I had my car back sooner than expected at the promised cost. They have a high quality of work
