I recently moved back to Virginia and needed to get my cars inspected. I called the closest Hogan and Sons and they said to come right in and we should be able to get you in and out quickly. Both Elton and Mel were friendly, professional and went out of their way to make sure everything was good. I also got an estimate on tires and they were so eager to help. It is very hard these days to get great service but sure did at Hogan and Sons in Hendon.
Hogan and Sons did an excellent job working on our car yesterday. They kept us in the loop on what's going on with our car, and the service was super fast.

Great job, fair price
I went in for a Safety and Emissions inspection and Elton at the Front desk was awesome. His customer service is great. He acknowledged me as soon as I walked through the door even though he already had a client. Answered all questions and was courteous. I am in the Customer Service Industry and I pay attention to little details when I am being assisted and Elton did an awesome job. He was quick and efficient.
