Service OK

When I called for an update the tech said a wheel nut was missing and quoted a price of $90. I declined, and when I inspected the vehicle later all wheel nuts were intact. Why the deception? At this point convenience of location is not going to make me come back.

Inspection

Although the inspection was thorough, I find it incredible that a cleaning of the headlamp covers on my 2006 Pilot would come to the amount of $186! The headlamp covers cause the Pilot to fail inspection, Hogan;s needs to come up with a more reasonable way and price to clean them and make the vehicle inspection ready.

I've been going to Hogan & Sons for a few years now and they never fail to impress - most recently, my car broke down COMPLETELY about a block away, and once we got close, they sent a few guys out to help push it the rest of the way despite it being 100+ degrees out!! The service has always been stellar, the pricing is upfront, they explain everything completely and I never feel talked down to, and at one point at least, they had a lady mechanic working on the cars, which as a fellow lady-folk, made me feel extra comfortable. Everyone's super friendly and I absolutely recommend Hogan & Sons :)
