Took my truck in for an oil change. Service was fast and appreciated them letting me know I had some exterior bulbs out and needed a wiper replacement.
We use Dodds to service all 5 cars in the family. Good service for a fair price.

I asked for oil chg only. Checking out was charged over $60...when i questioned the amount, was told it included the tire rotation...I didn't ask for rotation...soo the guy said he wouldn't charge me for the rotation!!Gee thanks for not making me pay for unneeded service! Would have been ok but the guy never even said "thanks" or "sorry about that". I still don't know if tires were really rotated or if it was just a billing mistake. He must have been having a bad day....I chose not to call mgr or make a stink about it...it was Xmas season!

Tried to use a $20 off any service if you spend $50. Was informed Oil Change is not a service.
