No More DOBBS!!

Took my Ford Escape in for an oil change. (Could have taken it to the dealer for a $31 special that included tire rotation and 21 point check.)I had a DOBBS coupon for $20 off "ANY AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE PURCHASE OVER $50.00). I was told I could not use it because an oil change is not a service. That's odd - on the DOBBS website it clearly lists lube and oil change as a service. My bill was for $57. I asked what "service" meant and was told - "you know, something like an alignment. What!?! No where on the coupon does it state an oil change is not a service.

Service went very well.I used the van shuttle to get back home.Only negative is the email that was sent to me about purchase 4 tires and you get a master card for $70.00.Well I couldn't get it because it hadn't started..Email didn't specify a certain date
