This was a complicated task handled well. Involved paperwork road hazard tire destruction (2) as well as tire and wheel rotations and moving tires between replacement wheels. Done well.

They did a fine job engine light was on and they found a hose that was damaged by rodents. Replace it at no extra charge

Power Steering

Brought my 300C into Dobbs because it blew a hose. They fixed it and as soon as I got to my destination the hose came off again. Returned right a way and it was Saturday @ 5:30 and they were closed but one person was still at the counter. I told him what was wrong and he took the keys but of course couldn't fix it till Monday. Got car on Monday and took it home. Didn't drive for a couple days. Drove to drop my son at school and yes the hose came off again. Had my wife Envoy in at that time for a oil change and tire rotation. They didn't charge my for the rotation for my troubles. Car is running smooth again. Had a 4 wheel alignment done on the first fix and had to get it corrected the following 2 repairs. The only thing that got me upset was the mechanic didn't clean off his grease and smudge marks inside the drivers side, steering wheel, visor and sun roof cover. next time I will take it back just for that>> Had grease on my hands and wouldn't touch anything else.
