Good overall service

Good overall service. I have been using Dobbs at this location for several years when my regular provider went out of business. Generally good, but have noted several times that parts costs are very high (400 to 500 percent times benchmark prices for same brand/model part). The labor cost of $114 per hour is also viewed as too high. The cost of parts and labor often drives me to make my own repairs when I would prefer not to.

Quarterly oil change

I normally have my oil changed at Dobbs.The customer service is really good.I purchased all 4 tires from Dobbs about 2 years ago, Saturday I was told I will need 2 new front tires soon. The new tires were not being rotated when I got my oil changed. It would be wonderful if that was a questioned asked.

They did their usual quick and efficient oil change. They always check all the fluids and let me know if anything is out of tolerance.

I love the Dobbs located in Shiloh, IL! It gives EXCELLENT services that I can count on! Although I live in Fairview Heights, Shiloh is my location of choice!
