Restores my faith in mechanics

We have been to the Shiloh Dobbs twice with my VW Jetta, the first time they were able to change my tires when the dealer had said it would require cutting my car apart at a charge of $900! Dobbs did it without having to replace any parts for a nominal fee. The second time they put my spare tire on after discovering that the hole in my tire was too large to patch, at no charge.

Never Pushed to Purchase

The people are friendly and they never try to sell us something we don't need. They suggest when something is needed but if it isn't needed for another so many miles, they don't force you to get it done then.
