I love the service i got at Schierl Tire very friendly and honest people i would give them 6 stars for service
not at all happy with your one salesperson we asked for our battery to be changed, he said no problem, but he did not state that there was an charge for this I did not ask if there was a charge, so shame on me , but the salesperson did not state that he would be charging such an extreamly high price so shame on him., and when I stated that was a little high , the salesperson, said we are here to make money. what kind of salesperson would make such a statement to a very long time customer. I have been a customer for at least 25 years and have purchased all of our tires for our car and truck through Schierl Tire . I will not be back, Im sure I can find a place to service my truck and car, who's not so rude
The Schierl staff in Wisconsin Rapids is great in helping to select and install new tires on my vehicle. Also in pointing out additional items that need to be considered for future service.
All was none excellently.
Happy with the product and service except paid full price for a necessary alignment and then received a coupon in the mail a couple of days later for a free alignment. I intend to pursue a refund on the alignment. ($79.95 plus tax)
I had called one other place before calling Schierl tire in Wisconsin Rapids. I was very upset with the service I received from the other place and when I called Schierl they were busy and had to call me back. They did within minutes. I talked with an employee named Len. He helped me over the phone decide what type of tire I should get. He recommended a set for me but was kind when I told him I had to go cheaper due to a limited budget. After getting in right away for new tires, I dealt again with Len. Great customer service. You can tell he really loves what he does an wants the best for the customers he helps. Because I didn't actually have an appointment I would say the time it took to have my tires installed was lengthy but I got some shopping done with my husband and they called me to let me know my car was ready. I am very happy with the service I received at this location. I feel the prices are far and I will definitely be going back in the future.

The service was great. I only needed 2 tires, but the additional care they gave my car was a great bonus. Thanks to all the service people at Schierl.
This was something of an emergency and Dustin went overboard to get me in as quickly as possible. I was out with the original issue fixed plus another that I just mentioned when I arrived. I had plenty of time to get my other errand finoshed as well.
