always great service

My recent service done by the staff was great as usual. But I was furious when I left your counter. Your Impact Reward system has always left a lot to be desired. The idea of not being able to see what has accumulated for rewards until you print them out is asinine. Now they tell me I have to use up my points by the end of the year is rediculus..

Brake job

Price was fair and job was done according to the quote. No surprises and no add ones.

One of the workers at the service desk is extremely nice polite and helpful. Unfortunately I got the one that was impatient rude and bad attitude. The service was acceptable as far as timing.
