OIL CHANGE

The oil change was fine as was the tire rotation. Upon changing the cabin filter, the mechanic didn't check to make sure that the cabin filter compartment was clear of debris before installing the new filter. I had to return a second time for them to fix this error thus wasting 30 minutes of my work and time. The was also a spot on my seat cover which I 1st noticed upon getting in my truck after they fix the cabin filter issue, however, I can't verify that the mechanic put something on the seat cover to leave the spot. I would suggest that they not be more careful to do their job right the 1st time.

You found the problem fast and told us about. You told us the cost and the time it would take. Both time and cost were right.. They always take good care of us and the van.

The service was excellent-BUT-$20.00 to fix a snow blower tire with a stem is ripping off the public

The tire repair didn't work. When I left your shop,the tire icon on my dash was still on. I stopped in on the 16th to discuss it and I was told to come back some other time. I didn't feel treated very good. Now I will have to come back again to have someone check it out.x4w63
