About a year ago I took my car in for brakes and unfortunately the rotors kept warping after a few months. Although it was pain having to bring it in each time, the crew never questioned it and replaced at no charge while trying to figure out the problem which I am pretty sure we did after the 4th replacement. Great group to work with. I think they are a bit over priced for the central wisconsin area but for me it is worth the extra buck or two.
Always greeted by knowledgeable staff. Bruce Pionek has been great to deal with for the many years Ive been taking my vehicles to Schierl. Im pleased with the great service. They listen, react and resolve when you have a concern so dont hesitate to speak up.

Your people are outstanding, only downside was the waiting room was ice cold and my wife froze waiting for her car.
