Service was excellent, communication was timely and the inspection report was easy to read and very helpful.
Tire changes were done well and faster that expected. Fair prices as well. Asked them to tell me how far off alignment was before deciding if I wanted adjusting...never did. Got the report with a toe-out in the red but no mention of it before they returned the vehicle to me. Read about it on the way home. Also the 'donut' was placed back in the storage area but wasn't secured with the jack which was left loose. I know, I'm the one that put the 'donut' on to begin with, but it's the little things that make a difference. Overall good experience, just a couple minor things that could have made it excellent.

There are many places to purchase new tires, but I will return to Schierl because they clearly put customer service first. I have confidence in the techs being honest about my vehicle and what's needed.
Attitudes of the staff seemed unprofessional.
Was done in timely matter. Counter guy was very good and hospitable.
